Male circumcision is the removal of the foreskin from the human penis.
Indications for circumcision
Buried Penis (also known as hidden penis) in which the penis is partially or completely hidden below the surface of the skin.

Contraindications
- Hypospadias or Epispadias
- Curvature of the head of the penis (chordee)
- Ambiguous genitalia
- Premature infants
- Bleeding disorders (hemophilia)
Procedure
It’s a day care procedure, under Local Anaesthesia or General Anaesthesia, the surgical procedure is done. Then a circular dressing is applied around the sutures for 3 days, post of which the patient has to take bath and keep applying antiseptic cream on the suture line three times a day till the sutures fall off.The patient will feel highly sensitive glans penis, which will reduce by wearing underwear.
